I currently have a 500w Antec NeoPower. It has three 12v rails at 17A each.

Efficiency:
Up to 85%
115V - Full load 76%; Typical load 82%, Light load 77.9%
230V - Full load 80%; Typical load 85%, Light load 79.45%

The rest of my system is:
AMD 7750BE Kuma at stock ~ 95w
4gb ddr2 ram
1 hdd
1 dvd drive
1 pci card for extra usb ports
2 system fans

Ok. Is there a reason you are looking for a new PSU?

Woops. Crap. Meant to ask if the PSU is good for GTS 250.

The GTS 250 "requirement" is 450w. I keep reading on the forums that it is bad for the PSU to run at its full power.

Want to make sure that the PSU can handle it without any hiccups.

Your PSU is one of the best brands and is better than an average "600w" PSU. It could handle 2 GTS 250s in SLI.

It actually won't use all 450W of the rating, your system will pull like 250W from the wall at load.

It's fine my friend... Where does it say that it's a bad PSU?
Or you mean the 12V Rails? It should be enough.
There is no antec bad PSU after all, a bad PSU is like the OEM PSU and some crap brands

There are plenty of bad Antec PSUs. Just not many as of late. (last I saw Newegg still sells some "VP450" Antec that I would avoid.)

It's not bad like OEM or zebronics...
