Benchmark, Where art thou!

Hello All,

I have been searching far and wide for a benchmark.

This benchmark is as follows:

AMD Bulldozer -- 990fx Chip-set ( Base System )

Comparing performance of NVidia GFX 5 series vs Radeon 6xxx Match ( would make it a Scorpius setup ).

Everything I find has nothing to do with actually comparing the separate gfx vendors on this platform.

Every review is 1 gfx vendor vs amd / intel chips. What I would like to know is; Does the Scorpius Platform actually offer a performance benefit as opposed to using NVidia with AMD ( which I have been doing for a very very long time ).

I really am not starting this thread to hear, "just buy intel, blah blah." I'm just trying to find a benchmark.

there is nothing that adds to graphical performance on a amd only platform.

AMD does actually add anything to their graphics cards that don't work with intel cpus.

also the new FX chips are generally regarded as not good for the cost so nobody wants to run benches of graphics cards when you are cpu limited.
