hi first of all thx for coming here,it meant a lot

im planning to make my very first pc build with its latest new hardware money can buy, yes ive been saving up,

if u notice my thread title said no GPU included its because i already fall in with NVIDIA and ive made up my mind to wait for kepler series hit the stores

i live in indonesia not US,although price might not be too different but be mind that some specific type of hardware may not be available at my country

while waiting for the gpu, i want to preparing for CPU-MB-RAM-HDD/SSD-CASING and NO SOUND CARD while we dont know how much power kepler high end card gonna need, i need to point out that im in no way want to do any SLIing now/future. so SINGLE FASTEST CARD is for me.

while im in position to buy all the good things available but im still in no way want to throw all my money away for something thats not mandatory,

so i hope all seasoned guys here can give me an input and warm hello to u guys from indonesia

thanks beforehand, :)

couple additional info

- im dont understand a thing about OCing, so no OC for me

-im gonna use 1920 x 1080p LED 3d TV 40inch SAMSUNG and new 23inch samsung monitor 120hz/3d.. still even the new kepler card gonna overkill im looking to invest in it

Without knowing how much power those cards will require it's difficult to make any suggestions. Best to wait for the reviews.

well i believe for a single card you either opt for a 850w 80plus gold psu like this

seasonic x-850 85w 80plus gold or the seasonic platinum 860 860w 80plus platinum or the corsair ax850 850w 80plus gold power supply, they should be plenty for a single powerful gpu..

i'll go take a look at the site and see what i can come up with

so basically your budget is 8,100,000 rup??? am i right? if its 1=9000 rate

but if you want to be sure just go buy corsair ax1200 1200w 80plus gold or seasonic x-1250 1250w 80plus gold psu i'm sure that would be more than enough for a single powerful card since you said you won't be going for sli

but heres a nice build up................

=Intel i5 2400

omg, thanks a lot for ur replay

btw there's a reason why i dont OC is not only because i dont how to do that but to push electric usage to its minimum, my house and my store only can handle things around 600-650, since i saw AMD 7970 single card only need 600w bare minimum as it requiments i thought "hey kepler wont be that far"

so is it okay to lower the PSU and get i7 instead??and im pretty sure i wont be needing 1 TB hdd, 500 is way more than enough, i wont be storing anything beside game on this build

2600k/2700k preferably?? i heards its gonna boost a lot of fps when gaming??

2600k/2700k see no advantage over 2500k in gaming since there aren't any games that take advantage of hyperthreading (except i believe fsx does, but a 2500k will do fine on that too)
