Will this work for my new computer build?

Yesterday I purchased the G skill value series 8GB RAM for my new computer build. I didn't look under compatability until now and it doesn't have the Mobo AMD 970 series listed as compatible. Only the AMD 790 and 890 series. But will it still work?

Itl be fine Trust me, I have done this twice (Purchased ram that wasnt listed in the compatible charts, and still managed to get them to work right at computer launch.) If you do have have issues. Just press the Memok and that button will patch any memory issues and bam your set

As long as it meets the voltage and speed specifications for your motherboard it should be fine - most 970 boards will work with either 1.5V or 1.65V and be fine.

I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to here.
