Need help...ended up with two User names

Administrator please help...I somehow ended up with two, almost identical User Names, using two different email addresses. I'd like to eliminate the little-used one, and it's attached to my primary email address, which I'd like to use for the user name I keep. How do I eliminate my "other" profile ( thereby freeing up the email address associated with it), and change the email address of the profile I keep?
