the geforce gtx 550 ti from gigabyte is real nice, i run it on a 350 watt psu (20 amp on 12v, system has dual core sandy bridge) it is fast enough to do those things, also only about $130

From what I saw the gt430 is the best for its money:
I wanna buy the MSI brand of the card.
I saw on youtube that some guys run battlefield 3 on high to ultra settings, but I am not interested in battlefield 3 I wanna play bad company and fifa 12 and COD 4

check out what kind of performance the card has at hwcompare.com before you buy it ati radeon 5670 9800gt and radeon all have similar performance. 5670 though sucks the least power with pretty decent performance

We cannot recommend a card until we know what kind of power supply you have. "400W Power Supply" isn't enough. Open the case, and look at the power supply. There should be a label on it. Tell us what it says.

Also, you won't be playing games that great even with a decent graphics card. At a low resolution like the one you posted, games become CPU bound, and with an ancient dual core running at 1.6Ghz, most games will perform poorly.

I saw a guy on youtube. He plays Battlefield bad company 2 and Crysis 2 with these specs:
Intel Dual core e2140 1.6ghz
1gb of ram
Ati HD 2600xt
160gb HDD

And what about a MSI nvidia gt430.I will upgrade my ram to 3gb.And later I will upgrade my processor.
