Thoughts? Tweaks? I'm also looking for some rubber grommets for the HAF 932 Advanced case for cable management! Also looking for a good mid-high range sound card!

I prefer Nvidia over ATI really, and I do have a budget, it's just over 3 grand.

Then get a GTX570 - not special edition GTX560 448 that may be hard to find when you want one.
I like nvidia too but unless you are going to wait for the new models - I would go with a HD7950 or 70.
Also I don't think CAS8 will give you any great performance increase.
