Direct x not showing correct picture

Hi guys,
I have searched everywhere on the web but can't find any information on how to fix my problem.

When I play games that use direct x 9 the picture is as shown in pictures 1,2 and 3 below. But using Direct X 11 the picture is fine (as shown in picture 4)

Any help or links to information that might help would be gratefully appreciated.


Things I've tried:


Re-installing direct x

Updated Catalyst control center

Tried different games

Installed temporary OS and games (Worked perfectly)

What OS are you using. Your images don't work

I'm using Windows 7. For some reason image 1 is not working but the rest seam OK.

I'll re-do Image 1.
