Radeon HD 6950 2GB MSI Twin Fozr III/PE vs Asus Direct CUII

Hello

I have a trouble deciding which 6950 2gb I should buy - MSI Twin Fozr III or Asus Direct CU II.
It's a fact that ASUS cooling is VERY quiet, but the temps are rather average (but I'm not sure, but I've seen them in reviews).
Then there is MSI TF 3, very very cool but I've heard it's loud at high load.

So I want to know whater MSI TF3 is realy that loud? Also, is it true that ASUS has worse load temps that MSI?
And are there other things about those two cards that are important? I may want to OC a bit but not that much, I want troubleless durable card without artifacts. Also noise and temperature are very important to me.
