Is it a good build ?

I'm going for a new build and I'm wondering if this is any good.
Corsair CX2 500W PSU
Thermaltake V3
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600MHz DDR3
Gigabyte 870A-UD3
AMD Phenom X6 1055T
Sapphire Radeon HD 6850

I'll be using it mostly for gaming on 1080p, not going for max setting just that games are playable. And if you got any better suggestion please share them.

For gaming, I'd suggest one of Intel's Socket 1155 CPUs. Even their $70 Pentium CPU beats out most of AMD's Phenom II X4s (up to the 960), and most of their chips (up to the i3s) cost less than AMD's CPUs that would perform worse.

I'd suggest an i3-2120 with a much stronger GPU (6870 to 6950/560Ti), which will give you much better performance in games. Today's games are limited more by the power of your graphics card, not your CPU.

My i3/560Ti build can handle Skyrim on full Ultra in the 30-40 range, but is completely smooth on High with full AA/AAF settings.

So if I change to i3-2120, AsRock H61M-GS mobo and a HD 6870 is a better and cheaper build ? And got a aditional question about RAM is there a difference in games between 4GB and 8GB of RAM ?

most of the time, no, but ram is so cheap you might as well get 8gb
and yes, the i3 build is so much better, but you may want an h67 motherboard if you plan to crossfire in the future

Really any board made by a solid manufacturer will be fine, since you won't be OCing. Expensive boards are only really worth the money if you intend to really push your hardware.

1 more thing the P67A i found supports 2133, 1866, 1600MHz RAM frequencies, are there big difference between them or should i just go for the Vengeance 2x4GB 1600MHz ?

There isn't a true noticeable difference in RAM speed for your purposes (I don't know why they even make 2133). Even 1066 MHz would be fine, and you might be able to save a few $$ with a 1333 kit.

well here in my country its a bit difficult to get hands on g.skill, the only one cheaper and similarly priced are HyperX and they are also a 5$ difference, as much as i know Vengence are better than HyperX or am i wrong ?

Where are you located? Just curious.

As for the RAM, I'd go for the Corsair kits over Kingston. For some reason they're still making kits for 1.65V when H61/H67/P67/Z68 only supply 1.5V to the RAM. It causes ridiculous issues sometimes, and really should just be avoided.
