Best Hard Drive To Get To Suit Current Configuration

Hi There

Im looking for some advice on the best hard drive to get to suit my current configuration as my current hard drive only gets a rating of 5.9 while the other components get over 7.0 my current specs are

AMD Phenom II 945 Quad 3.0
Gigabyte MA77OT - UD3P
ASUS 5850 1GB GDDR5
600W OCZ Stealth Stream
4 GIG Corsair XMS3 1600 DDR3
Windows 7 32 BIT

Im also going to be installing a 64 bit version of windows on the new hard drive so I can get more memory, Any advice on this would be great

5.9 is the maximum ANY sata hard drive can get on the WEI...

Correct. Doesn't matter how fast the HDD actually is, a mechanical HDD CAN'T go over 5.9 on the WEI. It's stupid, but so is WEI in general, lol.
