Dell 8400 fan speed noisely

my dell 8400 series fans moake very hard noise..it didnt start the window or system. it only starts noisy fan and fan runs at blasting speeed.. i nbought it just 3 months ago anf now i m feeling much trouble.plz help me abt this.

Run Speccy http://www.piriform.com/speccy and use its temperature readout determine if your components are actually running hot or if the fan settings have changed/are faulty.
