I am attempting to decide between two Radeon 6870 graphics cards to repalce my 9800gt.

I am between this SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870

"Turbo" is Factory overclocking...

I think it depends on personal preference, HIS run cooler, quieter, efficient and blue (nice colour for me). I would go with HIS but you might also see the good thing about sapphire. It would give you a little bit better performance and maybe more overclocking headroom.

Yes It would my friend, and please, don't give us hwcompare links. Please I said. It's just comparing by the specification of texel and pixel rate which is not reliable...

I just saw this HIS for 140USD after rebate.

Is there any difference from the other choices?

The IceQ X will run quieter and cooler than this card. If you got the money better go with the IceQ X...

Get the turbo one, it has faster clock and save you (little) time overclocking the GPU
