PSU's compatibility with the Motherboard?

What determines the compatibility of a PSU with the motherboard? I read that some PSUs are not compatible with certain motherboards and I want to make sure whatever PSU I buy is compatible with my motherboard...

From what I can tell. it seems to be a standard micro-ATX motherboard, menaing that any modern PSU will be compatible.
