He's in ILLINOIS. Don't you think photographers or photo editors
in, say, New York City often would find it a lot cheaper to hire
someone in Illinois for local photos there as part of a story or book
assignment they're doing - instead of themselves flying to Illinois,
renting car, paying hotel bills, etc.?
FWIW, you can hire me to do the same kind of work here in North
Carolina.
