What are the correct voltage values for a pc power supply

Hello,
I have an e-machine pc, I would like to know the correct voltage vales as seen in BIOS.

All voltage values should be within +/- .5%; for example, the 12v reading can be about 11.7-12.3; anywhere within that range is acceptable.

It is 5% voltage tolerance so 11.4-12.6 for the +12 V rail, 4.75-5.25 for the +5V rail, and 3.135-3.465 for the 3.3V rail. Ideally you would like them to be as close to their nominal values as possible but they are allowed to sit anywhere in that range, but their value will change as the load on the PC changes so if it is low in the allowed range it could drop below acceptable limits once under load.
