For a system using a single GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 38 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Edit: Your motherboard doesn't support 2-way SLI mode so you can ignore the SLI requirement above.

Make sure you get a good quality power supply, NEVER go for the cheapest option. Look for brands like Corsair, Antec, XFX, Silverstone and Cooler Master. Also look for the '80 Plus' logo, which indicates efficiency and can also indicate quality.

The JeanTech 500W (JN120F-500AP), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 33 Amps and with one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 550 Ti
