I have used 2 of them so far and they work really well. My wife and my buddy both have one and they have had no issues at all, one runs Win7 the other XP. And its a better brand then Biostar

I wouldn't recommend AMD at all right now - go H67 and an Intel core i3-2120, but Biostar is a terrible choice for motherboard. And why would you use mATX on a desktop build? I'm not entirely sure about that one - the Fractal case is a good choice but I think I'd go full ATX as that will allow for better expansion options.
