I wouldn't recommend AMD at all right now - go H67 and an Intel core i3-2120, but Biostar is a terrible choice for motherboard. And why would you use mATX on a desktop build? I'm not entirely sure about that one - the Fractal case is a good choice but I think I'd go full ATX as that will allow for better expansion options.
