New build need some help

Going with the cooler master cm690 @ case with dual 240mm rads drive bay res.

I have all of the watercooling stuff picked out allready, trying to figure out what parts to use.

I want to go with the new AMD gear I have used enough intel builds lately.

I really dont know what amd cpu to go with and i Plan to go with 1 gtx 590.

What is a good 990 mobo and what is the best amd cpu for the cash

I wouldn't do an AMD based build over $800....and the 590 just about eats that entire budget ..... the 590's performance can also be matched by two 900Mhz 560's for just $410 ...as compared to the 590's $750
