Server for dummies

Hello,
My boss is wanting to convert from In-House server to a cloud server and has given me this task. Im looking for a high level of security, international capabilities, Future upgrades "Room for growth". We are a sourcing company that works alot with china in producing kid products, as well as graphic design, online marketing ect. and need to be able to collaborate across the seas. Any recommendations. Ive been looking at Rackspace but not sure

I guess what you are looking for are corporate solutions provided by companies such as Dell, Lenovo, etc.
Otherwise, please be more specific.
