600w good for a Sandy Bridge?

Seems pretty nice for only being $40 (after rebate).

I'm pretty sure 600w is sufficient, but seeing as how this is my first build where I'm actually not getting cheap crappy products, I want to make sure.

I have:
i7 2600k
Hyper 212+ Cooler
8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
RADEON 6850
2 HDD
1 DVD+RW

Will the 600w be able to handle OCing as well?

Yes it has plenty for your rig 500watts would handle it fine. It is a good deal.
