Video playback issues

When I play certain video (you tube,etc) the playback pauses every 10 seconds or so. Then starts up.

Sounds like your internet connection is stuttering as opposed to any problem with your computer. The causes of that are too numerous to mention here, but you could Google "Slow internet connection" and ignore the ads that come up and scroll down to the real answers.

You might also check the support page for your ISP.

Need system specs, CPU, video card, OS, RAM.

Network connection is very likely but if you have a slow system and are trying to play HD content, it can cause this pause.
