Computer Randomly Restarts

Hey all i have just got a computer from one of my friends who has had trouble with it restarting randomly.
i wanted to have a crack at fixing it my self as he doesnt need it anymore its a decent spare computer.
I have Run OCCT power supply test and these are the results:

can anyone find anything in these results and what would my next step be?

Well, so these screens just tell me everything is intact and you didn't have a problem with anything for 1 hour 29 minutes and 39 seconds....

Temps don't cross 70C just for about a little while after 60 minutes but the rig continues to work, so it's ok.
The voltages are fine no sudden failures.
So.... this implies.... the problem, lies elsewhere.

You need to be more specific as to pre-random boot events, temps, voltages and loads. That would be more informative.

Difficult to say, but, you need to have an eye on temps, voltages and loads just before the rig crashes. The problem is you don't have an idea when it's going to crash and reboot, that makes it more difficult. You need to have programs like CPUz & GPUz running in the background all the time with the Logs enabled plus you need to be aware of the programs running at the time of the crash etc etc. Then we could be able to get to the reasons leading to your rebooting episodes.
