Voltages for 3570K/ASUS P8Z77-Pro

Hi,
Presently, I have my 3570K on Optimized Defaults for the P8Z77-Pro.
With regards to CPU voltage, though, are there better, more optimal settings that would help lower temperature?

I have the z77 sabertooth...the stock set up for non overclocking is the best for temps. if you have a good heat sink and not the intel one then at stock speeds you should be in the 35c range at idle.

that is depending on you case size..the temp in your house and airflow of the case. my case is an antec 100 with two fans blowing out and 140mm fan on the cpu.
