After shut down computer will not come again

Computer is not overheated but when shut down and try to restart it will not come up

That is typical for a failing power supply. I assume this is a desktop computer. If so, disconnect the power cable. Press the power button to discharge any residual power stored in your system (not kidding). Then reconnect the power cable and try booting again.

If it starts, you need a new power supply.
