High GPU temps

On my old PC, I have a XFX 9500GT 1GB installed,with a stock fan. It runs VERY hot, Ive no idea why.

Idle 62-63C
Max Load 95-96C

I have an ASUS Vento case with 3x12cm fans and 1x18cm fan for cooling. Rest of the specs are

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80Ghz
2x2GB Kingston DDR2 800
CM Extreme Power 600W
WD 1.5 TB @ 5400 RPM

Should I be worried about the temps? Im worried OCing it would bring it to boil

That is a little to hot. Perhaps the fan on the GPU is dying or the cooler needs to be reseated with some fresh thermal paste.

Possibly, will try hmm, for reference, what would be ideal/normal temps?

I have no clue for that card. Try looking it up on Google and if you cannot find anything, let me know and I will try to take a look for you.
