First build help

Hi this is going to be my first build and had a few questions. Is this build good for video editing and gaming? is there a way to increase the performance without increasing the price to much? is the PSU overkill? (I will be overclocking so is the cpu cooler ok)
Case- cm haf 922
CPU- i5 2500k
Motherboard- Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
Graphics card- Asus GTX 560 ti
RAM- Corsair 8GB Vengeance Jet Black Low Profile 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz
DVD drive- sony AD-7280S-0B
CPU cooler- cm hyper 212 evo
Hard drvie- 750GB Samsung Spinpoint MT2 Hard Drive

The cooler is good.
Can't comment on PSU as you forgot to list it![:non:]( ":non:")
If your video editing why not toss in 16GB RAM. RAM is cheapish right now so may as well.
Without defining what bumping the price too much is thats hard to comment on but for an extra £35 ($50 ish) you could get a 560ti 448 edition which would bump performance.
