for the motherboard since you aren't going to use the built-in graphic(i assume) that you won't even need the features that z68 offer... for the same price you can get this one... slightly better vrm heatsink... with no sli/crossfire support... since you said you won't need it anyway... better go with aftermarket cpu cooler... even you're not overclocking.... i won't recommend the stock cooler... the cpu can get pretty hot during intense games.... by the way... it won't cost you a fortune.... lower temps means prolong lifespan....

since you're not going to overclock your gpu... let the vendor do it for you... at $10 cheaper than the asus model... this msi comes with factory overclock set at 950mhz... also... by $20 cheaper... you can get the ocz zt 650 watt power supply that comes with fully modular cable and single +12v rail at 54A.... what's not to like? this case is the best i can find that comes with almost all the fans pre-installed at $90 price tag plus removable hdd cage for longer vga cards plus usb 3.0 front.... bargain... okay i know this is already exceed $1000... but trust me... it is worth every penny you pay for....
