Homebuilding a PC for the first time. PLS help

Hi

Im about to build a new PC for using 3d programs mostly max.
Ive never built a camputer from gound up myself.
Ill have a friend helping me, but will this pc work fine? Is there something to be extra careful with?

Here are the specs so far. I've not bought any of it yet.

Mobo: Asus P8P67 Deluxe
GPU: EVGA e-GeForce GTX560 Ti FPB 1024MB PCIe
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K Boxed
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3-RAM 16GB PC3-12800 Kit
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast TX750 V2
HD: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB
FANS: Scythe Split Stream Jyu SY1225SL12L 120mm 800rpm * 5
CAS: ThermalTake Commander MS-I

I will probably add a second gtx 560 ti card in a few years, when more horsepower is needed.

So will this rig run smoothly or would you change something?
I've maxed out my budget with this build already so please keep that in mind

For vid editing you may want an i7 2600 k for the ht advantage or even a 3930k for the extra cores and ht....

Yeah I was pondering on that processor too, but its almost a hundred dollar+ in my country
And on other benchmarks there are just minor differences
