Any real difference to these 2 cards?

Hey everyone I'm just trying to compare these 2 video cards to me the seem the same with all the technology but one is $100 less than the other. I had in mind to get this video card

But recently saw newegg selling this video card for 100 less.

The 560 ti is the one to get. I have two of the 550 ti's in sli not worth the money more money and no bang. Even the two 550 ti's together isn't faster than the 560 ti. Here is a link that might help you.
