New build component check

I am building my first pc with these components and would like someone else to check them out. I will be using it only for image editing with photoshop and other plugins. I do panorama stitching and tonemapping and need something faster than my 2yr old Dell.
I am not a gamer.

I have to question the motherboard choice especially for overclocking. Everything else looks great.

I went with that mobo because of all the feedback from buyers on New Egg it was the most reliable, are you concerned if it supports overclocking?, and if it doesn't maybe I should go with the i5 2500 and not be concerned. Do you think any overclocking will be beneficial for what I amusing this for?

If your not planning to overclock go with the non-K processor.

I'm sure it will overclock some, so your gonna be ok unless you plan on some extreme overclocking.
