Is this psu good enough to power all this?

Motherboard: Asus p877v LK

GPU: Radeon 7850

HDD: Western Digital 1TB 7200rpm

DVD Drive sony 24x DVD-RW

RAM: 2X4GB 1600 MHZ

I might overclock so would like some headroom if possible, needs to be around £50 really, this looks good and is a Corsair...

That should work fine no problem however i don't recommend the CX series because there not great PSU but they are decent so you should be good.

I think that PSU is absolutely fine for your set-up, though as @bigcyco1 has pointed out, the CX series is the low end section of Corsair's PSU line up.

If it wont trouble you too much to spend another £5, you can get the GS 600, which is the next series up, or if you have an extra £20, you can get a TX 650, which is the enthusiast series and of considerable repute.
