New CPU cooler?

Hello,
I am upgrading my CPU to a Phenom II x4 945, and I am looking to get a cooler for it that is better than the stock cooler, I am hoping to overclock it a bit. Any suggestions? (I was looking at the Cooler Master V8, but I highly doubt it would fit!) I have a Raygo Mid Tower ATX case (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6321549&CatId=1509) so anything that would fit good, and keep cool (and not too pricey would be nice!)

Actually, would the Cooler Master V8 fit in my case, or is it too tall?
