This is what i have so far:

OS: Windows 7

Good start - I would not recommend the GENE-Z or any mATX board on a full desktop system - go with a full ATX board like one of these:

- Asus P8Z68-V Pro / Gen 3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131790
- Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128506

Get this for your RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148544

PSU selection is OK - I'd go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020

I'd also really look at putting a bit more into your GPU.

If you want Radeon go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102953

Otherwise I'd recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604

Knowing your budget would help to solidify it a bit more.
