Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Good components - I will request the mod to transfer this to the New Builds section. You will get a lot of responses there

Good start - I would not recommend the GENE-Z or any mATX board on a full desktop system - go with a full ATX board like one of these:

- Asus P8Z68-V Pro / Gen 3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Get this for your RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU selection is OK - I'd go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I'd also really look at putting a bit more into your GPU.

If you want Radeon go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Otherwise I'd recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Knowing your budget would help to solidify it a bit more.
