Hello,
I want to know if it is worth it to upgrade from an AMD Phenom II X4 910 to AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition. Will it increase my gaming performance (Battlefield 3)? Or is it better to upgrade my graphic card from a GTX 550ti to a GTX 560ti?

You would see a CPU improvement especially if you then overclocked the 965BE. You would see a gaming improvement if you did the 560ti as well though. As far as visual improvement goes I think the 560ti would give you more straight away (in FPS you won't suddenly be running at ultra)

Well, Upgrading to the 965 Black Edition might be the better choice. Its unlocked and can be Overclocked to 4ghz rather easy and BF3 does benefit greatly from OC Phenom quads.

GTX550ti isn't much faster then the 560, and can be OC to GTX560 levels or higher with ease.

Do you know how to overclock the AMD Phenom II X4 910, I can't figure out how to do it, mainly because its what I got when I bought my computer from bestbuy. My computer is an HP Pavilion Elite e9220y

You probably can't. Pre-builts usually have locked BIOS, and will require you to buy another motherboard.
