OP wanted a portable solution - the Lanboy Air is a huge case, it won't work for this build.

It is build well, has handles and is not to heavy. I think its plenty Portable with easy to use handles. He was "leaning toward" a micro atx but said if there was a atx solution we suggested we would hear it out. I carry my ATX mid case everywhere without handles and am just fine.

Really appreciate the replies. The COOLER MASTER Storm Scout does look great. If I did go with this solution would it be better to get an atx motherboard?

The Fractal Design Arc MINI also looks great.

As for RAM and PSU I will probably go with what g-unit1111 recommended.

Don't need to. A bigger motherboard just has more features. Your call.

Any case can be made instantly portable by screwing a handle (bought from Home Depot) to the top. Cost, about $5.

lol lan builds are awesome, i would definatly keep it micro atx, I used to travel around the state going to LAN parties with my old build,it was lightweight, small, and portable, keep it micro atx, i have a mid tower now,and it's a b%#ch to carry around. I would go with the nzxt vulcan. it's micro atx and it has a sturdy handle.
