General Port Forwarding Question

When opening a port for my router it wants me to enter the server IP adress.

Is this adress the IP adress of my router, or the IP adress of the PC that I am running the application that is accessing the internet?

That is the ip of the computer that you are running the application on.
You might set your computer to a static ip so you dont have to worry about it ever changing. I do that for my download computer.
