Which brand is that PSU? My computer is running on a Corsair TX650W PSU and it has no problems at all.

I took a second look and the listed motherboard and CPU will not work since it is an Intel socket with an AMD processor. If you intend to keep the CPU then switch to something that has a AM3 or AM3+ socket or if you intend to keep the board then switch to an i3 or i5.

Assuming the PSU is of quality, yes. That is sufficient. But as Enigma points out, you have a miss-match between board and CPU. Are you sure you got the right information?

You need a motherboard like this for a PhenomII cpu:

Although it is a socket AM3 cpu, it will run in the newer socket AM3+. I recommend going with the AM3+, it is newer with better options, and there are a lot more to choose from with somewhat better pricing
