Sorry for my incompetence, any way you can find the specs for 3750 for me or tell me the key differences?
The obvious 6570 has Direct X 11 support, is all I know/

Basically the way AMD/ATI video card schemes currently work is the first 2 digits indicate the series of the card. 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x (in mid January 7x) the last 2 digits indicate the performance level. In both cases higher is better (generally speaking).

In this case the 6x number tell us it is 3 generations newer than a 3x and the 70 indicates it's higher performance card than the 50.

If you want benchmarks, look in the charts sections. If you want specs, check the retailer.

This has been very helpful, now there is no excuse for me to ask noob questions related to this. Still I have a problem location the specs for the 3750 HD, Not on the amd site, not on newegg, ebay, or any other forum...If you could help me with this i'd be in your debt.

As far as I can tell, the 3750 HD never existed. There was the FirePro V3750, which was a workstation card.

Regardless, the 6570 will be vastly superior due to its newer architecture.
