I can only find VERY limited info on that board, but from I CAN find, it looks like a 3.06Ghz P4, or a max FSB of 533Mhz, is the fastest that it supports although that's literally ALL it says.

Soyo apparently doesn't have a website, or any official documentation on any of their boards anymore, so it's not very easy to find a complete support list.

That motherboard is a Socket 478. According to Wikipedia that socket can handle a Pentium 4 up to 3.4 GHz.

The SOCKET can with an 800Mhz FSB, but that board only supports up to 533MHz FSB.

IF you can even find a BIOS update (no Soyo website to get it from), I'm pretty it wouldn't help. It looks like the board is physically incapable of higher than a 533Mhz FSB and an updated BIOS (or changing a "setting" in the BIOS) wouldn't change that.
