GTX 580 Low FPS questions

I'm running SC2 on Ultra settings on a 1920x1080 and am only getting 58 fps? Any ideas on why it's not better

You will have to provide us with the spec's of your computer if you want your question answered , I have no idea what you have in your computer besides a GTX 580.

alot of the eye candy on sc2 is reliant on the cpu so try to OC ur cpu to 3.0ghz + and u will get better fps

z68 extreme 4 gen 3
Cooler master 80+ gold psu
cooler master haf 932 advanced

With the i7 2600k I should be getting better without over clocking it right?

I just overclocked it to 4.4ghz but haven't tried sc2 since.

Any other possibilities?

btw, 58 is not "low" if you turn on AA and more effects
