how to install recovery console in sp2

was wondering how one goes about installing recovery console with sp2

    Hi

    You will need to create an SP2 slipstreamed CD. First download the SP2 file
    (266 MBs) from here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en
    (If you have the SP2 upgrade CD, you can use the xpsp2.exe file from that.
    Copy it to your hard disk/partition)
