intel core i5-2500k will only run on 2 cores

Make sure all cores are enabled in the BIOS.

If all cores enabled in BIOS then it is a windows issue. To fix:

Hit the start button, Type in the seach bar "msconfig"
Hit the "BOOT" tab
Hit "Advanced Options"
Hit the "Number of Processors" checkbox
Select "4"
Restart
