8800 gts,advice needed !!!

I came across this graphics card on a special offer very cheap.Its the Asus 8800 gts 512 mb.I really like it and im wondering would i go wrong buying it cause it does not support dx 11....!!!! It comes cheaper than 6670 which was my first choice.....pls help me...!!!

That is an ancient card. The 6670 outperforms it by miles! They are not even comparible.

It is 4 to 5 Generations old(depending on who you ask).

The fact that it does not support DX11 is not really relevant as neither of them can handle DX11 anyway.

Get the HD6670. Even if its twice as expensive.

I wouldn't pay more than $20 for a card that old, and I certainly wouldn't use it as a primary card.

If it's free, get it, otherwise forget it, it's older than dirt.

If your a gamer and you play at least 1680x1050, I would suggest a 5770/6770 minimum.
