SLI with 9500GT 1GB and 9500GT 512MB??

Is it possibly to have an SLI configuration with a 9500GT 1GB and 9500GT 512MB?? If so, what wattage would my PSU have to be at least to power these two. Thank you

If they are SLI compatible they can. A quality 500watt should handle it.
