I have a PNY XLR8 460gtx with stock clock (675) not overclocked yet, but i did went up to 775, didn't have any issue. anyway.

i want to sli but i having little issue finding the same card

so i located evga card, evga sc 460gtx the different is this one is 867mhz core clock. and is 192bit. same memory like my pny

so will my pny xlr8 460gtx 256bit sli with evga sc 460gtx 192bit
both is 1gb,
both is 460
both is fermi? whatever that mean
both stream processors 336 processor cores

any suggestion? my goal is to do crysis surround or something like that. and i want my system to last about 2 years or will i be better off going after 560s? i hate to ditch my 3 months old 460. but is come down amount money,

In my opinion they will not SLI together. They both have to be 256bit to SLI.

Or 192 bit depending on which OP already has, in this case 256.

Thats why I said 256 bit , he does not have a 192bit, the op must use another 256bit GTX 460 to be able to SLI.

I added that caveat for those out there reading this thread who may end up thinking that it's only the 256bit cards that can be SLi'd rather than the simple fact that the cards just have to be the same.
