AT&T usage base billing (UBB/capped) already seeing difficulties

First of all I am not sure if this is the section where this should be placed, but I had hard time figuring out where to put this...please move it if needed.

I was originally looking for a place to submit it as a news sumbittion request anyways but couldnt find anything like that, oh well...

So anyways, it seems like ATT wants to charge you by "usage" but then cannot figure out themselves how to accurately measure the data....as long as their inconsistencies are measured in favor of them :lol:
