Your PC isn't terrible but it's more suited for 2007-2008 games on a 1280x1024 monitor.

Just wondering if that's an old Socket 939 motherboard/processor. If it is, I wouldn't recommend trying to upgrade it any further.

I would adives strongly in changing the CPU. I have used most of the AMD's Athlon X2's and they are rubbish, especially for gaming. Then rest of your spec is 'OK' but depends on what games you wanna play and at what quality.

No, not good for 2011 games. You could play Mass Effect 1-3 just fine at 1280x1024, maybe the Modern Warfares, but nothing more intensive than that.

Good thing there are tons of classics from 2006-2008! I can recommend a bunch of games if you'll tell us what genres you're interested in.
