I have a:
Radeon HD 4850 video card
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium - Fatal1ty Professional Series S-Card

and was wondering if it would be compatible in this system (ofcourse i would take out the existing graphics card in the system) :

there's nothing to explain in it, it's a very simple question and a simple answer is yes its compatible your cpu is good, memory is good, motherboard which handle even hd 7990.
