Is this PSU good for my gaming rig?

I'm buying a new desktop tomorrow and this is my configuration:

CPU: i5 - 2500k

Mobo: Intel DH67BL

RAM: 2 X 4gb Gskill ripjawsX

GPU: HD 7770 or DH 6850 or any other in the same budget (i'm not purchasing it right now, i'll purchase it after some time probably after 2-3 months )

Fans: 1 processor, 1 rear fan(92 mm) and 1 top fan(120mm), i side fan (200 mm) and 1 front fan (120 mm)

Cabinet: Vulcam Gaming mATX Chasis

PSU: SeaSonic S12II 520

1 Dvd writer

2 Sata HDD (160 gb and 2 TB)

LCD resolution: 1280 X 1024

No overclocking

Is Seasonic S12II 520 good for my system?? Does it provides enough wattage or should i go with some higher PSU like Seasonic S12II 620?

Edit: i may( or may not) install an after market cooler as well

  1. Yeah. 520W is plenty for that system.
  2. Edit: i may( or may not) install an after market cooler as well (probably a CM Gemini II S524)...Still 520 enough?

  5. But people say HD 7770 is better than HD 6850 if the resolution is low?
